Crystal White is a visionary and champion for diversity, gender equality and women’s social and economic empowerment. She is a People Connector committed to bringing the world together and impacting humanity on a global scale.
Since retiring from the Boeing Company as a Supplier Diversity Specialist/Small Business Liaison Officer where she acted as a liaison to assist small, diverse, women, veteran and socially and economically disadvantaged business better compete in a global economy, Crystal has continued her passion of mentoring and empowering small businesses and women. She is involved with several nonprofit organizations such as Dress for Success Southern Nevada where she leads the (MAPS) Program “Mentoring to Achieve Success” with a mission to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to thrive in work and in life. |
Crystal also serves as Vice President-U.S. for the Almas Jiwani Foundation aiming to empower girls and women in the global fight to end poverty. She speaks at conferences, schools, community centers, and other organizations.
Crystal served on the Board of Directors for Astra Women’s Business Alliance, a regional affiliate of Women’s Business Economic Development (WBENC); Award Committee Chairperson for NW Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and is a Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity; and Certified Professional in Supply Management.
When Crystal is not connecting, mentoring and empowering, you will find her hanging out at home cooking, entertaining friends and family, wine tasting, reading and listening to jazz.
