She has over 25 years of management, training, and teaching experience that sets her apart from most trainers. Janet started her career as an elementary school teacher until she ventured into the corporate world of educational publishing and software development. She has worked for industry leaders such as McDougal Littell Publishing, Readers’ Digest - World Almanac, Teacher Created Materials and OptionC. In each of these positions, she has be an integral part of forming a new division within the company.
Janet not only brings her expertise of instructional design as an educator utilizing technology, but she knows how to inspire the people around her to aim for the same goals. As an out-of-the-box thinker utilizing her own ingenuity as well as those on her team, everyone is able to accomplish projects that surpasses anyone’s goals. She is the type of person who keeps herself in the trenches with her team to lead by example and be able to coach people along the path to success. |
